AI Coding – Be in the Game of Creativity & Innovation

Course description: This is hands-on short course designed to introduce high school students and beginners to the exciting world of AI-assisted creativity and coding. In this one-week immersive journey, you’ll learn how to use powerful AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Lovable
to design and build your own digital creations from fun games to interactive web pages and apps.

What you’ll learn:

• What AI is and how it works in everyday life.
• How to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Lovable) to create digital projects
• How to “vibe code” and build games and apps with AI guidance
• The basics of design thinking, project planning and creative coding
• The ethics of AI. Understanding bias, data privacy and responsible innovation.
• How AI can support sustainability and creativity in Fiji and the Pacific
